We have a winner! I actually can't believe this because we were skyping yesterday and she mentioned the giveaway and how she was excited to find out who would win even if it wasn't her. Congrats sweet friend!

Andrew has the day off today! He has decided to go back to school for an associates in business so he's taking the accuplacer test. We've been spending almost every free moment studying for it and he seemed pretty ready when he left for it a few minutes ago. If you're reading this - send him some good vibes! I think he was nervous.

We went down to Panacea for lunch and a bit of coffee so he could clear his mind and we got to watch people checking out our gallery. It's so thrilling to watch people look around and find something they love on our trees! It makes the hard work worth it! I realized that I haven't shared our gallery with you guys yet so look for a post soon about it!

Monday Reminder

Happy EARLY Monday! Have I mentioned that I get up with Andrew before the crack of dawn? I get up with him, talk his ear off, make him breakfast and drink coffee with him before he gets on the road. Let me tell you, it's hard to talk someone's ear off at 5:30 in the morning. This morning when I was making him some eggs it occurred to me, I'm like a really cool wife. When I shared this epiphany with him he laughed (while pulling on his boots) and said yes, you are. Then he said he was like a really cool husband because he went to work and actually wants me to stay home and do what I love.

There is zero doubt of the love in this family.

Monocoled Lop

Good Monday Morning! I'm pretty stoked on some rad happenings over at A is for Ampersand today. Yeah, you read that right. All day long because Amy is having a BLOG PARTY! I believe you'll see a little guest post by me and a giveaway from my shop too! She has some other really amazing bloggers posting up some blog amazingness as well as Blowfish giveaway ;-) Head on over to soak up the goodness!

Okay, weekend recap: got a little sick (wah wah), hung out with Andrew's family who was visiting from VA, played with little kids, ate lots of cookout food, rested, drank LOTS of coffee, enjoyed time with Andrew, saw a Volkswagon truck (which was kind of amazing), found a new amazing candle scent at wal-mart (imagine my surprise!), watched Harry Bummer Potter, and bonded with my Diana lens.

Giveaway & Weekend Recap

Happy Monday, friends! I hope everyone's weekend and Father's day celebrations were lovely! We had a grand weekend with LOTS of family time and a visit to the local farmers market for spices and lovely things. We actually did like a pre-father's day deal with my Dad on Saturday. He is an amaaaazing cook so he called us up on Saturday morning for a date to the FM and it was pretty great. Of course, I didn't get any shots of the veggies because 1- I forgot and 2- it was super busy. But I'm actually starting to get into spices myself so I really enjoyed looking at all of the different kinds and of course smelling everything, heaven!

We stopped for lunch at a wonderful Greek bistro in town. It's my favorite place to get a gyro and I always get lamb, sorry for my veggie friends, I know that hurts your feelings. But really, it's my favorite thing there and it never fails to be delicious!

Busy Bee

This is SUCH a busy week! My friend Carla is here and she's about 6 months along. So given that I completely adore her we set up tons of time for hang outs but we also did her maternity photo shoot! Eeep! It was F&O's very first one so I'm way pumped that it was with Carla! I wanted to share a few of my favorite edits so far!

OH! I'm so in love with these so far! There will be more as I continue to edit and sort. I'll be posting more on our photography blog :] I'm also making her an owl for her baby shower - sshhhh it's a secret! But, I think it will be the cutest one ever!
